As an HVAC Install Technician, you play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of air conditioners, duct distribution systems and related equipment. Your responsibilities encompass service, repair, installation, and proposing replacements as needed. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, identifying issues, installing,  and implementing effective resolutions to ensure peak equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Service & Startup: You will service and start up equipment, adjusting them to meet manufacturers' and job specifications.

Troubleshooting Expertise: When equipment malfunctions occur, you will demonstrate your adaptability and technical skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Customer Communication: Your role involves communicating with customers, providing guidance on proper operation, installation progression, follow-ups, and addressing any inquiries regarding equipment features and functions. As well as, encouraging customer referrals and web recommendations through your outstanding customer service.

Documentation & Payments: Ensuring accurate documentation for each service call, including repair recommendations, readings, and observations. You'll also handle necessary paperwork and payments from clients.

Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of our products and services through ongoing study and training, both on and off-site. At Dale’s, we embrace a culture of constant learning through training from suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and shared knowledge among colleagues.

Technical Expertise: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications, and accurately list and order materials and supplies. Computer skills are a plus.

Time Management: Working efficiently under time constraints, budgetary limits, and high-pressure situations, while managing schedules effectively.

Professionalism & Safety: Maintaining a clean, neat, and professional appearance while prioritizing safety in all aspects of your work.

Valid Driver's License: Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
